Good and important information that you are trying to exploain to your customers. We also have to beware that there are many types of FREE Software - also mistakely called Open Sourece. It's not the same thing like many people think. Open Source means only that it is free for you to modify the source of the software not the fact that there is no charge in distributing it.
We should make the difference between Free Software(as in Open Source - software that you can *freely* modify their source code) and free software(software that is free of charge - it is given away for free, the license costs nothing).
It's a big confusion! ;)</description>
